An easy and laid-back circular route along bike trails and roads around the Adršpach Rocks and through the valley of the Dřevíč stream.
Teplice nad Metují - Střmenské Podhradí - Dolní Adršpach - Liščí sedlo - Janovice - Jívka - Vápenka - Solovický Dvůr - Skály (Bischofstein) - Teplice nad Metují
The route starts at the parking lot in front of the post office in Teplice nad Metují. It mainly follows paved service roads, secondary roads, and bike paths. From Teplice to Dolní Adršpach, it leads past the Church of Our Lady Help of Christians with the Ivanite Hermitage along cycle route no. 22 via Střmenské Podhradí. From Dolní Adršpach, the route climbs past Adršpach Castle to the ruins of the Adršpach Rock Castle (Starozámecký Hill) and continues to Liščí Saddle.
From there, follow the red hiking trail downhill to Janovice, turn left onto the main road, and continue along cycle route no. 4020 through Jívka and Dolní Vernéřovice to Vápenka. Turn left again and climb to Solovický Dvůr, where you turn left onto a service road leading over the ridge with wide views to the hamlet of Skály. Passing the former episcopal manor Bischofstein and the peat Black Pond with its educational trail, continue through Skály to the crossroads, and then enjoy a long descent along marked cycle route no. 4036 back to Teplice nad Metují.
