Broumov
Broumov is a town with a rich history and a number of national monuments. It is a natural economic, cultural and administrative centre of the region.
Teplice nad Metují
The town is known in particular as a gateway to the Teplice Rocks.
Meziměstí
Meziměstí is the youngest town of the Náchod district. The most valuable monument is the Baroque castle rebuilt in accordance with a project of K. I. Dientzenhofer, a former summer residence of the Broumov abbots.

The urban monument reservation of Křinice extends along the length of 5 km from Broumov to the edge of the Broumov Walls.
Martínkovice
This approximately 5 km-long municipality lies to the south of Broumov. A complex of Classicist farms of the Broumov type forms a part of the municipality near the lower flow of the Martínkovice stream.
Otovice
The municipality of Otovice lies in the eastern part of the Broumov promontory along the Stěnava river and the Otovice Broumov road. The area in the Stěnava river basin is the lowest part of the entire Broumov hollow.

Rocks Jiráskovy skály
Rock formations near the Teplice. They are situated in two groups, separated by road and small Baroque chateau. First group of rocks is above the lake Černé jezírko around the former rock-castle Skály, second group around the top of hill Čáp (786m).
