On the very edge, a baroque stone chapel with a star-shaped floor plan was built in 1733, a work of K. I. Dientzenhofer. A stone side-walk is tied up with the chapel, from which there is a nice view on the Broumov basin /Broumovská kotlina/ and the surrounding hills and mountains on the north: Góry Wałbrzyskie, the Javoří Mountains /Javoří hory/, Góry Sowie. On the guard bar of the side-walk, there is a metal panel that makes orientation easier when viewing the countryside.
In the close vicinity of the small chapel, there is a wooden chalet from the 19th century built in the Swiss style and today serving as a restaurant.
Both buildings – the chalet as well as the chapel, situated in the marvelous natural environment of the rock edge, are listed as national monuments.
There is a road leading to the Star chalet /Hvězda/ from Hlavňov, and there is a parking place for motor vehicles several meters under the chalet.
