Churches of the Broumov region

Explore baroque monuments hidden in the landscape of our region

So called Broumov group of churches is a unique complex of ten baroque churches built in the eighteenth century on the territory of the Broumov monastic estate by famous architects, father and son Dientzenhofers. Churches differs from each other in the largeness, style and shape but altogether they create an amazing architectonic complex. The churches, situated in little villages embracing Broumov town, are closed most of the year –  rare opening times are published on the website of the Broumov parish that takes care of these monuments. A chance to see the churches from inside is also enabled in summer by the music festival Treasures of the Broumov region.
